About Kate Kehl
"They told me I couldn't that's why I did"

As a mother of six (yes, I gave birth to all of them!), I never set foot in a gym until I was 35, after having all my children. I couldn't even do one sit up. With no prior knowledge or experience, I was initially intimidated by the gym and worried about injuring myself. But after breaking my arm rollerblading and tearing my ACL skiing, I knew I needed professional guidance. Hiring a trainer opened my eyes to the world of fitness and I quickly fell in love with weightlifting and gym workouts, embarking on a lifelong fitness journey.
With over 20 years of experience now in the health and fitness industry, I've spent the last 11 years as a certified personal trainer, passionately helping others discover the same lifestyle I enjoy. At 50, I entered my first World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF) competition and proudly competed at this level for two years.
I have trained athletes for WNBF Amateur Competitions and worked with moms, retirees, and everyone in between as a one-on-one personal trainer, helping them achieve their fitness goals. Now entering my 60s, I realize more than ever the importance of maintaining optimal health and strength at every age, regardless of physical limitations.

With 11 years of experience as a certified personal trainer, I have a proven track record of helping individuals achieve remarkable transformations. From preparing bikini competitors for competitions to assisting moms in reclaiming their pre-baby bodies as well as retired folks looking to stay active and healthy, I have empowered countless individuals to surpass their fitness expectations. Additionally, I specialize in guiding individuals aged 40 and above to unlock newfound strength and vitality.
